Hope you all are off to a great Summer break. If you haven't signed up your athletes for Football or Cheer this 2019 season click here and register today!

Looking for things to do for your athletes this summer? Here's a list of upcoming events:

  • Kids & Pros Football Clinic (Ages 7-13) at Frederick HS. Sunday June 23rd 1pm-5pm. Must register at kidsandpros.com
  • Linganore HS Football Camp (Grades 2-8). Monday June 24th-Thursday June 27th 8:30am-12:30pm. (Registration Form will be emailed seperately)
  • South Carroll HS Football Camp (Grades 4-9). Monday July 8th-Friday July 12th 9:30am-12pm. (Registration Form will be emailed seperately)
  • Bulldogs Football Camp (Ages 7-14). Monday July 22nd-Wednesday July 24th. 6pm-8pm at MAYAA Fields. (Register Online)

Fall 2019 Football & Cheer Registration

Greetings Bulldog Nation,

Registration for the MAYAA Fall 2019 Football & Cheer Programs is open and is accepting registrations AND the Payment Portal issue has been resolved! (we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused)

Please share this information with any new families to the area as well as others who may have not played MAYAA Football or Cheer recently.

We’ll have a booth set up next week (June 3rd- June 8th) 6pm-9pm at the Lions Carnival located at the Mt. Airy Carnival Grounds. Swing by and meet the coaches, players, board members and register if you haven’t yet! We’ll be giving away goodies too!

Once your child is registered, there are no refunds – however we will provide a full credit for another MAYAA Sport if you decide to withdraw from Football & Cheer.

FLAG FOOTBALL- PROGRAMS

2019 Flag Football- Clinic
MAYAA Football offers Flag - Clinic for ages 4 and 5 (First time players)

Flag clinic participants will have between one and two practices a week, with intramural scrimmages amongst other Flag clinic participants.  Emphasis on learning the basics of the sport while engaging in a fun filled environment amongst other Bulldog players.

There are no travel requirements.  All practices / games will be held at the MAYAA fields.

Cost: $40.00

2019 Fall Flag Football Program

MAYAA Football offers a Flag Football program for children ages 5-6
Season: Our 2019 season includes 9 football games, 4 home and 5 away games, mainly played on Saturdays.
Practices: Tuesday and Thursday 6pm-7pm (Starting July 2nd)
Requirements: Players will need to provide their own football cleats and water bottles.

Optional: Athletic supporters.
Uniforms: Game jerseys, flag belts, and mouthguards will be provided by MAYAA.

Cost: $50

Note: Each family is required to volunteer for admission and concession duties.

 

TACKLE FOOTBALL- PROGRAMS

2019 Fall Mini Pony Football Program

MAYAA Football offers a Mini-Pony program for children ages 6,7 & 8

Season: Our 2019 season includes 9 football games, 4 home and 5 away games, mainly played on Saturdays. 
Practices: Schedules vary by level
Requirements: Players will need to provide their own football cleats, and athletic supporter / cup, and a girdle.
Uniforms: Provided at all levels. Each player will be supplied with a Riddell Revolution Helmet, top of the line football pads, a full practice uniform and game uniform. Mouthguards are also provided by MAYAA at no cost.

Cost: $50

Note: Each family is required to volunteer for admission and concession duties.

 

2019 Fall Pony Football Program

MAYAA Football offers a Pony program for children ages 8,9 &10

Season: Our 2019 season includes 9 football games, 4 home and 5 away games, mainly played on Saturdays. 
Practices: Schedules vary by level
Requirements: Players will need to provide their own football cleats, and athletic supporter / cup, and a girdle.

Practices: Schedules vary by level
Requirements: Players will need to provide their own football cleats, and athletic supporter / cup, and a girdle.
Uniforms: Provided at all levels. Each player will be supplied with a Riddell Revolution Helmet, top of the line football pads, a full practice uniform and game uniform. Mouthguards are also provided by MAYAA at no cost.

Cost: $50 + ($50 Jersey Fee) * Customized Game Jersey that each player can keep after the season!

Note: Each family is required to volunteer for admission and concession duties.
 

2019 Football Camp

We also offer an optional Football Camp for all tackle levels. Registrants will be offered to add Camp to their registration during the level selection. Our first day of camp for all tackle levels is scheduled for July 22nd-July 24th.

We will be walking in the Mt. Airy Fireman’s Parade representing Bulldog Football & Cheer on Thursday July 25th meeting at Mt. Airy Middle School at 6pm. Where we will walk down Main St. through town all the way to the Carnival Grounds.

All levels (except Flag) will begin mandatory practicing on Friday, July 26th, 2019. Camp and Practices this season will be held at the MAYAA Fields.

2019 Fall Cheerleading Camp for All Levels

Fall Cheer Camp is highly encouraged but not required for all CHEERLEADERS registered in the 2019 Cheer Programs, as well as other participants outside of MAYAA interested in joining. Camp is a fun way to meet new friends, get to know your coaches, and experience the Bulldog Tradition. All players will work with coaches on all levels, receive a camp T-shirt, and it's a great kick-off to the Bulldog Cheer Season.

Requirements: No prior experience is required.
Dates: Monday 7/22/19 - Wednesday 7/24/19
Time: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Location: MAYAA Football Fields

Football and Cheer Camp

It's never too early to start thinking about Football season. Registration is open for all levels of Football and Cheer. If you haven't signed up, register today! Come and develop fundamental skills with proven drills and techniques at MAYAA Bulldog Football & Cheer Camp this summer. 

 

CAMP WILL BE JULY 22nd, 23rd, and 24th (5:45pm-8pm) at the MAYAA FIELDS

ALL CAMP PARTICIPANTS WILL RECEIVE A BULLDOGS CAMP T-SHIRT
