2019 Soccer Camp:
MAYAA Soccer annual Challenger Sports British Soccer Camp is scheduled for the week of June 24 - June 28, 2019 at Watkins Park. The camp offers a variety of options for the youngsters up to the more senior players.

Mount Airy Soccer offers soccer for players from 4 years old through High School Age players at various skill levels. The soccer program adheres to the Mount Airy Youth Athletic Association (MAYAA) bylaws and code of conduct as well as the MD State Youth Soccer Association (MSYSA) policies and guidelines. All MAYAA coaches/volunteers must undergo a background check as well as complete the Carroll County Volunteer form to participate within the program.

Spring 2019 Registration Information:
Spring 2019 In-House Clinic Registration will open December 17th, 2019 and will close March 1, 2019 at 11:59 PM - all registrations after that time will be considered late and if we are able to place the players onto teams, a late fee of $15 will be assessed. Players must be 4 years old prior to April 1, 2019 and cannot turn 8 prior to June 1, 2019.
Spring 2019 Travel Registration (ages 6-18) will open December 17, 2018 and will close February 1, 2019 at 11:59 PM - all registrations after that time will be considered late and if we are able to place the players onto teams, a late fee of $15 will be assessed. Players must be 7 years old prior to March 1, 2019.
No refunds after the registration has been submitted, however credits to other MAYAA Sports will be available.

In-House Clinic Soccer
Our 4-7 year olds participate in our In-House Clinic program. Two levels of teams are formed, Junior (4 / 5 year olds) and Senior (6/7 year olds). These age groups offer the first exposure to soccer so fun is rule ONE.
All practices and games are located at Mount Airy Middle School Soccer Fields. Practices are one day each week, as determined by the coach, and last roughly an hour. Games (4 v 4) occur on Saturday mornings and are officiated by the coaches.
Clinic Soccer will begin April 2019
Shirts and Socks are provided – Shin Guards are required, soccer cleats are recommended.

Travel Soccer
Travel Soccer will begin March 2019
Our 6-14 year olds and High School age players make up the Travel Soccer Program, we will offer older age groups if there are enough players. The soccer program adheres to the age groups of the Frederick County Youth Soccer League (FCYSL), Baltimore Beltway Soccer League (BBSL) and the Central Maryland Short Sided Soccer League (CMSSL).
If you are unsure of the are group that your child falls within, register your child where you think and we will correct if necessary.
The Maryland State Youth Soccer Administration are adapting the U.S. Soccer birth year criteria for age level player placement. The age levels will be determined by the birth year of the player.

U9 Level
This age level is coed with the teams made up of boys and girls. Practices are twice each week primarily held at Twin Ridge Elementary School with games on the weekends against other teams within Frederick County within the FCYSL.
U11 Level
Team at this age level are determined by gender – there are girl teams and coed(boy) teams.
Most of the teams within U11 participate in the FCYSL, however our more advanced players (determined by player evaluations) participate in the CMSSL or BBSL. Practices are twice each week primarily held within or close to town limits.
U13 Level
Team at this age level are determined by gender – there are girl teams and coed(boy) teams.
Most of the teams within U13 participate in the FCYSL, however our more advanced players (determined by player evaluations) participate in the BBSL. Practices are twice each week primarily held within or close to town limits.
U15 Level
Team at this age level are determined by gender – there are girl teams and coed(boy) teams.
All of the teams within U15 participate in the FCYSL. Practices are twice each week primarily held within or close to town limits.
U19 and above including High School Age Level (if there are enough players)
